Lives in York

I'm a postgrad student just finishing a masters degree at York. I'm writing on Henry James, who has earned a special place in my heart. I am not sure yet what I want to do with my life - I am taking a break to earn some money to start a phd. I love listening to music . I have pretty eclectic taste - anything from Doris Day to Iron Maiden, as long as its not rap (although French rap is good), hip hop or dance. I have a beautiful Fender acoustic which I am trying to teach myself to play.
I would love to meet someone who enjoys having a giggle. I like intelligent women who love reading. Someone who appreciates Henry James would be perfect. I like women with a passion - it doesn't matter what it is about as long as you have something that drives you. I like feminine women. Not too keen on the generic lesbian look on the scene at the moment - would be nice to meet a woman who actually dresses for herself rather than to fit in.
